There are two decks: one runs the full length of our beautiful lakefront home and features a 4-person hot tub, bar fridge and gorgeous lake views, framed by greenery. The second deck is located off of the sunroom in the backyard...and is a great spot to barbecue and await guests...or family members.

 

The private road was curved for privacy and security reasons so that the home was not immediately available from the road. There is a park and a boat launch on the street, and there are two golf courses within close proximity: Black Bear and Granite Hills. The town of Lac du Bonnet offers a beach, dock, shopping and all amenities. The Canada Day festivities and fireworks are sensational and attracts thousands. 

 

....and there is more....a 29' x 26' over-sized double garage with a loft for a future "Manhattan-style" loft for guests, a heated man-cave ( the size of a single garage, built within the last few years), a heated shed/workshop with a workbench and cabinets, a boathouse, 2 docks, and a shoreline patio. We had the road built when we purchased the property as the previous owners used the neighboring road. We also had a gravel path put in on one side of the property, to the water, which allowed us to drive our quad down to the water. In the winter....we made a skating rink.
