  • How much notice is required to book a photo/video shoot?
We schedule on a first-come, first-served basis and can often accommodate shoots with just a few hours’ notice. However, during our peak season (May–September), we recommend booking at least three days in advance to ensure availability and secure your spot.
  • How do I book a photo or video shoot?
Please contact us via email, including the listing address, the specific package you're interested in, and your preferred booking date. We will confirm a suitable appointment time with you.
  • What if it is raining?
Rainy days may affect outdoor work but have minimal impact on interior photos and videos. We strongly advise keeping your scheduled booking, even if it's rainy, as our team can efficiently capture interior shots. We replace overcast skies in post-processing, ensuring bright, blue skies in exterior images. In the rare event that we need to return for exterior photos/videos on a different day, rescheduling this portion is easier than postponing the entire shoot.
  • How do you send the photos/video?
Our exclusive file management and delivery platform is Dropbox. If you don't have a Dropbox account, don't worry. You can easily access and download the files we send you through the Dropbox link we provide.
  • Do you move anything or offer staging advice?
Our expectation is that the property will be prepared for our arrival. Delays due to unprepared properties may affect our ability to complete services on schedule. However, we pay attention to details, addressing minor distractions like fluffing pillows, moving garbage bins, closing toilet lids, and clearing countertops. While not a cleaning or staging service, we aim to present the property in its best light.
  • When will I receive the photos/video?
We provide same-day delivery for all our real estate services, with the exception of twilight bookings. In case of urgency, we offer a complimentary 2-hour delivery option to ensure your needs are met promptly.
  • How much time is required to capture photos/video at a property?
We allocate a maximum of 1 hour on-site per booking. Generally, for photography alone, the process typically takes less than 30 minutes. However, when capturing both photos and videos, it usually falls within the 45-minute to 1-hour range.
  • What if I have to cancel?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. We recognize the challenges in preparing a property for sale and make every effort to accommodate your needs.
  • Can you add my branding to the video?
Yes! If you have branding materials you'd like to include in the video, please send them to us via email. If you don't have branding assets readily available, we also offer options for creating the branding on your behalf.
  • Who owns the photos/video?
We, as the creators of the images and videos, maintain exclusive ownership. As our client, you hold exclusive rights for their use. Any use by third parties requires our written consent. You, as our client, cannot sell or distribute the images and videos for external use without our permission.
  • Do you only do real estate?
Absolutely not! We are a comprehensive media production company specializing in collaborating with businesses and brands to meet their digital content requirements. Our team comprises seasoned creatives who excel in serving large-scale companies, marketing campaigns, and more. We're equipped to handle a wide array of projects and clients.
  • Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
The choice of whether to meet us at the property is entirely yours. Many clients opt to provide a lockbox code and allow us to proceed independently. We are flexible and can accommodate either preference.
  • How do I book a twilight shoot?
We offer only one twilight booking each evening, and the timing depends on the sunset time. Twilight bookings are usually scheduled about 1-1.5 hours before sunset. This schedule allows us to capture the entire property with ample daylight and conclude the shoot with twilight images as the sun sets.
