The time on-site depends on the services you book, and you’ll see the exact time when scheduling.
Most shoots range from about 30 minutes for photos only to over an hour for our larger packages.

We provide same-day delivery for all our real estate services, with the exception of twilight bookings and shoots scheduled after 4pm.
In case of urgency, we offer a complimentary 2-hour delivery option to ensure your needs are met promptly.
Once your media is ready, you’ll receive an email and text notification. From there, just log in to your client portal and head to the “Listings” section.
You can download web or print quality files, view your property website, and copy or download videos for MLS or your own channels.
To ensure the best possible results, the property should be cleaned, staged, and fully ready before our arrival. We recommend having all homeowners, pets, and anyone else vacate the property during the shoot — this allows us to work efficiently and avoid capturing people in the shots.
For ideal lighting conditions, please make sure that:
All interior lights are turned on
All blinds and curtains are open
Taking these steps helps us capture the space in its best light and ensures a smooth, distraction-free shoot.
The choice of whether to meet us at the property is entirely yours. Many clients opt to provide a lockbox code and allow us to proceed independently. We are flexible and can accommodate either preference.
We expect the property to be fully prepared upon our arrival. Delays due to unprepared spaces may impact our schedule and could incur additional fees if we need to wait more than 15 minutes for the property to be ready.
That said, we pay close attention to the details—fluffing pillows, adjusting decor, moving garbage bins, closing toilet lids, and tidying countertops—to ensure the best presentation. While we do not provide cleaning or staging services, our goal is to showcase the property at its absolute best.
Book as early as possible! We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and can often fit you in with just a few hours' notice. During peak season (May–September), slots fill up fast. Secure your spot by booking at least three days in advance.
Absolutely! If you have branding materials you’d like to include in your video, feel free to email them to us. If you don’t have branding assets on hand, we also offer basic branding creation for $25 to ensure your video aligns with your brand identity.

Rain affects outdoor shots but not interiors. Keep your booking; we handle interiors efficiently. We replace overcast skies in post-processing for bright, blue skies. If needed, we can easily reschedule exterior shots.
We, as the creators of the images and videos, maintain exclusive ownership. As our client, you hold exclusive rights for their use. Any use by third parties requires our written consent. You, as our client, cannot sell or distribute the images and videos for external use without our permission.
When booking, select your services and choose Twilight Shoot as an add-on.
If selected, the shoot will be scheduled around the live sunset time for that day. Twilight bookings vary depending on sunset, and we do not make separate visits to the property.
You can also choose a Virtual Twilight, which is created through editing and isn’t dependent on sunset timing.
Yes! When you book a video package, you can add on a social media reel-formatted video for just $30. This ensures your content is optimized for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
If you only need a vertical social media reel on its own, pricing starts at $150. For a more elevated and engaging result, we also offer a premium social media reel for $250, ideal for brands looking to stand out and grow on social platforms.
Yes, we offer drone photography! We're licensed by Transport Canada for Advanced Drone Operations. We can fly anywhere, but near airports/heliports, we need advance notice for Nav Canada approval.
Absolutely not! We are a comprehensive media production company specializing in collaborating with businesses and brands to meet their digital content requirements. Our team comprises seasoned creatives who excel in serving large-scale companies, marketing campaigns, and more. We're equipped to handle a wide array of projects and clients.
You can reschedule your shoot anytime through your client portal by going to your booking and selecting a new available time.
As long as it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can reschedule freely with no fees.
Changes made within 24 hours of the shoot may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
If you need to cancel your shoot, please use your booking confirmation or client portal to request a cancellation, or contact us directly and we’ll take care of it for you.
